2021 Seneca Riesling

2021 Seneca Single Vineyard Riesling is a crisp white wine with layered citrus aromas of lime and lemon and lifted floral aromatics of honeysuckle. The concentrated palate combines notes of grapefruit, green apples, lemon myrtle with a touch of sherbet to finish. Fine minerality and steely acidity ensure the wine is perfectly balanced with a velvety mouthfeel and a persistent dry finish.

This Riesling pairs perfectly with seafood dishes fresh oysters, crab cakes, prawn salads or a selection of fine cheeses. An ideal way to start a relaxing afternoon or an evening wind down. 

The 21-year-old vines are located in the stunning Nagambie Lakes region of the Goulburn Valley. The terroir, nestled by the perennial Goulburn River, consists of textured sandy clay loams over free-draining soil. This unique mesoclimate creates warm summer days and cool nights to cultivate beautifully refined Rieslings.
