2019 Seneca Cabernet Sauvignon - 95 pts
Our debut wine, working with bunch selected hand picked grapes from ~30 year old vines, presents an elegant and luscious Cabernet Sauvignon with a medium to full body, with aromas of red currants, blackberry and velvet-lined cigar box. 

Drinking well now, but able to be matured 10-15 years for those patient enough to wait. The fine-boned, integrated tannins are from 23% new french oak, balanced by the acid from the cooler evenings, and a beautiful length on the palette. 

2021 Seneca Riesling
2021 Seneca Single Vineyard Riesling is a crisp white wine with layered citrus aromas of lime and lemon and lifted floral aromatics of honeysuckle. The concentrated palate combines notes of grapefruit, green apples, lemon myrtle with a touch of sherbet to finish.

Fine minerality and steely acidity ensure the wine is perfectly balanced with a velvety mouthfeel and a persistent dry finish.

2021 Seneca Graciano
Our first release of this amazing Iberian grape varietal, more commonly found in Rioja blends alongside Tempranillo or in the finest Port from Duoro Valley in Portugal.

The bright bouquet of cranberry and black plum are matched with freshness of mulberry and blueberry along with dried herbs.  Aged for 10 months in a mix of old French Oak provide balance and fine tannins with a generous, long fresh and velvety finish.
